The Family Float is perfect for small children and adults looking for a scenic and relaxing float down the Arkansas River.
This family float family rafting trip runs approximately 1 1/2 hours round trip.
Fun splashes and small waves are experienced on this section. Your experienced guide will expertly navigate your raft. You may paddle your raft with your guide giving commands but most people choose to just relax as your guide rows you down this Colorado river.
Throughout the trip you can not help notice the incredible views of the surrounding 14,000 foot collegiate peaks, the tallest mountains in Colorado.
You will float down river right back to our Riverside Resort where your vehicle is parked, with no shuttle.
After your trip you will watch a free slide show of your rafting adventure. You may purchase a photo CDROM or a print of your favorite picture, T-shirts are also available.
Our Family Float Rafting trip departs daily May-September from our River Runners Riverside Rafting Resort in Buena Vista, Colorado. Arrive early and plan to stay late to enjoy our Riverside Grill.
