Are you looking for a seasonal restaurant job in Colorado? Our Riverside Grill is located at our Riverside Rafting Resort on the Arkansas River. The Grill is open for service to the public in addition to our River Runners guests. We offer a small dining menu, beverages, draft beer, our famous River Rummer, and margaritas. Duties of the Grill/Line Cook are food preparation, working with hot grills and propane, cash handling, delivering food to guests, serving drinks, and maintaining a clean working environment. As with all restaurant work, you must be able to handle pressure and have great customer service skills. Previous food handling experience preferred.

Full-time seasonal positions are available, but hours vary. Interviews are conducted throughout the winter months. Hiring begins in May.
