Seeking Experienced Raft Guides to Run Multi-day River Trips in Utah

Multi-day raft guides at Adrift Adventures in Jensen, Utah run four-day (44 mile) rafting trips through Gates of Lodore on the Green River and five-day (72 mile) rafting trips on the Yampa River – both rivers run through the heart of Dinosaur National Monument. Experienced raft guide applicants should be able to row a gear boat down class II-IV rapids and be willing to put special emphasis on historical and environmental interpretation. All raft guides at Adrift Adventures must have a current Utah White Water River Guide endorsement.

Experienced in-state applicants will be required to provide a training log from an accredited Utah company. Experienced out-of-state applicants will be required to submit a training log from an accredited company and complete the out-of-state guide minimum qualification form.  All commercial raft guides are required to have a current First Aid and CPR certification by an accredited institution (online courses are not accepted). Swift Water Rescue (SWR), Wilderness First Responder (WFR), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), and/or other advanced training is preferred.
