These programs include Boy Scout White Water Merit Badge Clinics, rafting for college credit, corporate retreats, exclusive fundraisers, family reunions and bachelor and bachelorette parties. Join us for our 40th year rafting on the Arkansas River. Choose from our Canon City or Buena Vista, Colorado locations. The River Runners Riverside Rafting Resort is a great place to host a weekend event and the River Runners Royal Gorge Rafting Center is just one hour from Colorado Springs. One-day Arkansas River Rafting Trips
River Runners offers family, intermediate and advanced level Arkansas River trips daily from May 1 through Labor Day. Choose from half day or full day trips on The Numbers (class IV-V), Browns Canyon (class III-IV), Bighorn Sheep Canyon (class III-IV) and the Royal Gorge (class IV-V). If you are timid or have young children then get your feet wet with a one-hour scenic Family Float (class II). Don’t forget to ask about our group discounts, exclusive rafting trips and thrill rafts.

Intermediate and advanced two-day overnight white water rafting trips on the Arkansas River are a great way to put your worries behind you and relax in the wilderness of Colorado. All River Runners overnight river rafting trips meet at our Buena Vista, Colorado location. A minimum of four people are needed to book a two-day overnight rafting trip on the Arkansas River.

The three-day ultimate white water rafting trip is like the greatest hits of the Arkansas River. Paddle The Numbers into Browns Canyon just like the advanced overnight, but on the second night camp at River Runners, eat at the Riverside Grill and receive discount tickets to soak at Mt. Princeton Hot Springs. The next morning enjoy a light breakfast then meet your guide at our Royal Gorge Rafting Center and spend a full day rafting through Bighorn Sheep Canyon and the spectacular Royal Gorge. Boy Scout White Water Merit Badge
River Runners has offered Boy Scout White Water Rafting Merit Badge clinics since 2006 and they have grown in popularity every year since. The price of a Boy Scout White Water Rafting Merit Badge clinic is $100 for up to 10 Scouts plus $10 for each additional Scout. All safety equipment and river related gear is included. River Runners instructors are registered with Boy Scouts of America and have completed the required Youth Protection and Safety Afloat e-learning courses.

Adrift Adventures – Authorized Concessionaire of the National Park Service
Adrift Adventures has offered one-day, four-day and five-day rafting trips on the Green River and Yampa River in Dinosaur National Monument since 1980. The Adrift Adventures Rafting Center is located in northeast Utah – 9 miles east of Vernal on US Hwy 40. Each rafting trip is limited to 25 participants by the National Park Service, so advanced reservations are highly recommended. One-day Green River Rafting Trips
One-day river rafting trips on the Green River through Split Mountain Gorge in Dinosaur National Monument depart daily from the Adrift Adventures Rafting Center May 1 through the first part of September. The Dinosaur National Monument Quarry Exhibit Hall has reopened after five years of closure for renovations and is located just down the road from the Adrift Adventures Rafting Center. See the famous dinosaur fossil wall – with more than 1,500 dinosaur bones still imbedded into the rock – and other exhibits from the Jurassic Period. Check out this unique dinosaur museum one day and go rafting through the spectacular geology of Split Mountain Gorge the next.

Four-day Green River Rafting Trips
Explore Gates of Lodore on the Green River on a four-day adventure you will not soon forget. Begin rafting in Colorado and float through the beautiful Canyons of Lodore right into Utah. Learn about the diverse history of dinosaurs, Native Americans, cowboys and outlaws on this 44-mile river rafting trip. Each night your group will land at a new secluded camp where your guides set up a mobile kitchen and cook delicious meals. Five-day Yampa River Rafting Trips
Explore the last major free-flowing river in the Colorado River System on this 72-mile river rafting trip through Yampa Canyon on the Yampa River. Unique Rafting Fundraisers
Adrift Adventures has partnered with Rocky Mountain Public Broadcasting Station (RMPBS) in Colorado the past three years to offer its viewers and members exclusive multi-day white water rafting trips in Dinosaur National Monument as part of a unique fundraiser. These trips help promote the mission of RMPBS while also bringing in up to $200 per participant in donations back to the station.
